What makes a Scarecrow?

At Project:Scarecrow we believe in improving the quality of life and reducing the cost of care for Oregonians with debilitating medical conditions. We believe that the real fortitude of a nation lies not in it’s political figureheads but rather, the people that call it home. We believe that in facilitating compassionate care for the most vulnerable in our communities, we are fulfilling one of our greatest roles as human beings. We are your friends, your neighbors and your family members. We are your coworkers, supervisors and subordinates. We hold fast to our civil rights, teach each other what those are and to exercise them. We are committed to ensuring that our public representatives are effectively representing the needs of the people. We are the volunteers and advocates, championing for a cause. We are the strangers who helped you up when you were down. We are your opportunity to spread positivity today and together we can build a better tomorrow.

Our mission is to facilitate or assist access to quality of life products, therapies and other

services for Oregonians with debilitating medical conditions.

We are the guardians of the harvest, not for the sake of the crop, but for the sake of the people who depend on it; Watching over the seeds of our communities from this season to the next.
